Return Policy


The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and the outer packaging of the product to be returned has not been opened. The customer will bear the return fee of 38 riyals, which will be deducted from the value of the product.

The customer has the right to return the product if it is damaged.



Return fees:

- If the customer wishes to return a product in its original condition from the products subject to return and exchange, the customer shall bear the return fee, which is estimated at 38 riyals.

If the order is made via cash on delivery, the fees will also be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, a shipping fee of 19 riyals will be deducted within Riyadh and 25 riyals outside Riyadh.

- If the product is damaged, Savvy will bear all costs.

Product return mechanism:

- Send a photo of the damaged product and a photo of the shipping carton cover and explain the damage for damaged orders.

Product return period:

- Within 5-15 working days of receiving the shipment

Refund mechanism:


The amount will be returned to the customer's wallet in the store so that he can use it in any future order.

-The amount will not be refunded directly to the payment card or bank account.

The customer has the right to benefit from the balance in his wallet without a specific time limit, unless otherwise stated in the offers or promotional campaigns.

This policy aims to facilitate subsequent purchases and ensure that the customer's order value is quickly refunded.

In case of payment via Tamara or Tabby, the amount will be refunded by them.
