Return Policy


- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and the outer packaging of the product to be returned has not been opened. The customer bears the return fees, which are estimated at 38 riyals, to be deducted from the value of the product.

- The customer has the right to return the product if it is damaged.



Return fees:

If the customer wishes to return a product in its original condition from among the products subject to return and exchange, the customer shall bear the return fee, which is estimated at 38 riyals.

If the order was placed via the cash on delivery service, the fees will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

- If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the estimated shipping fees of 19 riyals within Riyadh and 25 riyals outside Riyadh will be deducted.

- If the product is damaged, Savi will bear all costs.

Product return procedure:

- Send a picture of the damaged product and a picture of the shipping carton cover, and explain the damage to the damaged orders.

The mechanism for refunding the amount:


The amount is returned to the customer's wallet in the store so that he can use it for any future order.

The amount is not refunded directly to the payment card or bank account.

The customer is entitled to use the balance in his wallet without a specific time limit, unless otherwise stated in the offers or promotional campaigns.

This policy aims to facilitate subsequent purchases and ensure a quick refund of the order value to the customer.

If payment is made through Tamara or Tappy, the amount will be refunded by them.


Special offers and exclusive deals:

Products sold as part of special or exclusive offers are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications shown on the product page, in accordance with the store's policy and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
