The shipping company provides delivery service to most cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are outside the urban area, we would appreciate it if you could pick up your order from your nearest office.
Shipping and delivery fees:
- Free shipping on orders over 399 SAR to all cities in the Kingdom
Shipping cost for orders under 399 SAR within Riyadh is 19 SAR.
- Outside Riyadh, 25 riyals.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all data registered on the site, including but not limited to (name, address, contact numbers). Therefore, the data should be reviewed before confirming the order, and any error in that information may lead to a delay in shipment.
- If the shipment cannot be received by the customer for any reason, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.
- During holidays or special occasions, shipping companies may suspend or delay deliveries in some cases, and your order will not be delivered until a few business days after the event or holiday.
